After returning a test or exam, speak with your class about how they feel, and what they can do based on their scores.
Allocate computer time evenly among students, especially in elementary school, so all students get a chance to play.
When students are working on projects, especially open-ended ones, resist the urge to intervene. Don’t do the job for them!
