When advertising your course, make it clear that any students “willing to do the work” are “wanted in the course,” and use titles like “Be a software engineer” or “Be an innovator” for your course or course modules.
Write code in class in real time. This way you’ll be forced to pace yourself, so students can better see and understand the process you’re going through.
Encourage students who have worked ahead in the Code.org curriculum to explore PlayLab so they can use their time constructively by continuing to code.
