- Some students or TAs may be power users of a certain IDE, operating system, text editor, etc.
- Encourage them to help out other students and spread knowledge of shortcuts that will make everyone’s life a bit easier.
- Have students introduce themselves to the person nearest to them and partner up at the beginning of each class. This encourages the students to help each other out throughout the class and form friendships and networking contacts that will persist even after the class has finished.
