Require groups to review answers together if one student in the group cannot independently answer your questions completely to emphasize collective responsibility and ensure all students know the material.
Combat stereotypes about computer science and computer scientists. This shows students that, regardless of their personality or other hobbies outside of CS, they could become computer scientists too!
Make sure students understand that collaboration is important, and make collaboration easier by having students play an icebreaker after groups are assigned
