Set reasonable expectations for your students, like not expecting them to regurgitate material they’ve only seen once in class, to help your students meet achievable course goals.

  • If you want students to be able to create information and image they’ve seen in class, make sure to spend time scaffolding them to the higher levels of Bloom’s Taxonomy.

    • For instance, if students have seen you draw a diagram, they’ll like need more assistance before than can draw the same diagram, themselves.
