If you discover something new in class, use the opportunity to show your students that learning opportunities are always present.
Create a list of questions pertaining to the daily lab material that focus on the concepts of lab exercises to ask students, individually or in groups, to gauge student’s understanding of the material.
Seek out others to be part of your mentees’ mentoring team to ensure they have access to a wide network of mentors that can relate to and provide support for the wide variety of situations they’ll encounter.
