  • Just because you can explain an idea in one minute, doesn’t mean students can understand it in one minute.
  • Additionally, don’t assume that students have fully learned every concept you’ve explained in class.
    • Make sure to include concepts in assignments before testing students on these topics so students have a chance to improve their comprehension.
